Every year our church tries to emphasize gratitude in a special way. We’ve done this through sharing pictures of what we are thankful for, listing something we are thankful for each day, covering the hallway of the church in post-it notes of thanksgiving, and gathering for a special service to do nothing but simply share what we are thankful for this year.
This year, we want to show our gratitude and thanks to the people God has placed in our lives. You, our friends and family are a blessing to us. We thank God for you and we thank you for your kindnesses, service, time, and friendship. Our church hopes to send out 1,000 Thank You notes during the month of November to show our gratitude.
Pastor Daniel talks about the Thousand Thanks campaign in this short video.
We’d love for you to join us in giving thanks. Comment below or plan to join us the Tuesday before Thanksgiving for a special night of giving thanks.
Did you receive one of our Thank You cards?
Share what you are thankful for or what that card meant to you in the comments below.
We’ll be using these posts in our worship services and on our FaceBook Page!
