Beginning on the 24th we’ll give 3 Sundays to focus on major issues that don’t get talked about very often: Suicide, Anxiety, and Depression. While these issues are increasingly more common in our culture, none of them are easy to talk about (much less deal with). While there are no easy, simple answers scripture does offer hope and guidance in breaking the silence. That’s what we’ll offer.

Last year we were able to reach many people with our Break the Chains event. As a follow up to that event and another effort to speak to other issues that threaten many lives here in our community, we’ll offer a Break the Silence series beginning on March 24th.

March 24 – Suicide
Special testimony from Mandy Smith who lost her father to suicide with a message from Pastor Daniel on the life giving hope that is found in Christ.

March 31 – Anxiety
We’ll take at a look at the causes of anxiety and the solutions and peace that is offered in Christ.

April 7 – Depression
Guest speaker James Bullock will join us to speak on the subject of depression. James served as pastor in a Richmond church. He later suffered from PTSD, clinical depression, and anxiety after being attacked by thieves.

Please help us break the silence and spread the word about this event. Please RSVP to and/or share the event on Facebook.
